Conditions:
- Subscribe to our monthly newsletter for the chance to win a quality electric toothbrush. Prizes will be randomly given every month and drawn on the date our email is sent out. We will select a quality electric toothbrush depending on availability. Winners must come to the practice to pick up their prize within 30 days of our monthly email being sent and allow for us to take a photo of you for our social media and newsletter. You can transfer prize to only 1 other person if they are a subscriber.
- Office whitening prizes are given to those who are subscribed and “like or follow” our facebook page. Winners must come in for treatment within 30 days of our monthly email being sent and allow for us to take a photo of you for our social media and newsletter. We have the right to refuse treatment if we feel that it is inappropriate for you. This includes sensitivity issues, dental decay and other conditions at our discretion. You can transfer prize to only 1 other person if they are a subscriber and “like” our facebook page.
